"Housekeeping always provide towels and take our trash. places to visit are walkable and theres alot of shops in the area. staff are friendly and always asisst our family. great place for big family vacation. "
"The venue is near good shopping - Uniqlo, Don Quixote, GU - and also good restaurants close by. Very convenient for sure!
Good hotel rooms, the deluxe one is decently spacious, highly recommended. "
"The staff was very nice and helpful. They can speak English. Even if they don't they use a translator. The room was very clean and they leave out fresh towels and bottled water if you didn't want your room cleaned out for the day. Although the bed and pillows are hard, but I think that goes for all the hotels in Japan. The location was good as well, only like 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants, train station and other stores. I would stay here again in the future."
