"Rooms were air conditioned of course but outside the room (on all guest room floors, I suppose) was not air conditioned. I felt cold while waiting for an elevator. Everything else was very good."

"I was pleasantly surprised to find traditional tatami floors throughout the property, even inside the elevators. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of traditional Japanese dishes such as grilled fish, miso soup, rice, and many others available daily. The highlight of the stay was definitely the hot spring bath located in the basement. The spring water sits at a relaxing 40.3°C, and the facility includes a sauna and a cold bath, making it a perfect place to unwind. The rooms are average in size for Tokyo, but they are well-equipped and provide everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. They can speak English. Even if they don't they use a translator. The room was very clean and they leave out fresh towels and bottled water if you didn't want your room cleaned out for the day. Although the bed and pillows are hard, but I think that goes for all the hotels in Japan. The location was good as well, only like 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants, train station and other stores. I would stay here again in the future."
