Perfect for families looking for a true Big Bear getaway. Close walk to the National Forest and local parks. Just a short drive to town to enjoy the Lake, the Village, the slopes, Alpine Zoo, and more!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,000+ sq ft home with living room, bar seating, dining table, gas fireplace, mud room, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a double bed. Second bedroom has 2 bunk twin/twin bunk beds, futon, smart TV. Third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and private bath with a shower. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Arcade games, smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the gas fireplace. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer

OUTDOORS - Front deck and spacious back patio with a fully fenced yard and gas barbecue.
