"gorgeous place up in the woods. you wont see a neighbor or traffic. nice little brook out back with an excellent sound. Front porch rockin' chairs were a favorite. Franklin WV is 4 miles away with a few restaurants and groceries if you care. Kitchen was great and had all the necessary things. turn off all the lights and step outside at night and it is pitch black except for the stars. WIFI was very handy and TV had Samsung streaming apps."

"Very nice cabin, dog friendly, clean and had great views. A lot of cows around which were cute but our dogs were a little obnoxious about them. Smaller dogs are able to crawl under the fence FYI but there more fences around the property. Our dogs got a few outside baths after exploring. Driveway is a little tricky but if we had a higher clearance vehicle it would have been easy. Great host - answered questions quickly and throughly."

"Exceptional hospitality and historic charm in Bath County, VA ! We had such a fantastic stay at The Inn at Warm Springs. The historic charm of the property and its perfect location right across from the springs make it a wonderful getaway, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality. The entire staff was professional and welcoming, but a special shout-out must go to Elizabeth and Terry. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing top-notch service with a genuine, caring attitude. Between the cozy accommodations, the delicious breakfast, and the amazing team, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!"

"It was very clean and charming! The setting was beautiful and convenient -- you are surrounded by woods but less than 10 minutes from either the town or hiking. The wifi worked great. It was well-appointed and had plenty of outdoor seating and eating options. The creek was so lovely. We went for a lovely 8-mile hike nearby and then relaxed at the pools, followed by an evening at the fire pit. It was ideal. Be aware that there is another house on the property (though there are no other properties within sight). We didn't see or hear the people, so it was still very peaceful. (I only mention it because you wouldn't know from the photos.) Also, the beds are full-sized not queen-sized as listed. FYI - we brought our dog and the pet fee was about 90 including taxes/fees. The guest contact, Christina, was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!"
