"Bathroom was immaculately clean. Safety suggestion: shower floor is so smooth that it was slippery, and there was no grab bar or anything for safety. Bed and most surfaces clean. Upholstered chair and ottoman appeared shabby and were peeling a bit, didn't look as clean or nice as rest of the room. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast choices included eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. "

"A pleasant surprise and the loveliest of rooms. I was in town for Shakespeare and my friends' hotel was unavailable. In the end, I was happy for that. Everything was closer than a 15 minute walk. I enjoyed the art gallery on the 3rd floor! The staff was welcoming and helpful. I will be returning!"

"The location is excellent and its a quick walk to the black friar theatre and the Main Street Beverley) There are tasty options for breakfast and the staff are lovely."

"Convenient place to stay. Quiet (except a little extra noise on Friday night). Good for traveling with pets; generous space to safely walk. Not luxurious, but fair for the price. Pool was nice too. Love the parking right outside the room: easy to unload and load!"

"Decent place for a quick night. Felt safe for traveling alone. Rooms were very clean however even though it says no smoking I could very clearly smell like the room had been smoked in before and it agitated my breathing as I am super sensitive to that. Staff was great, amenities are great. I did notice at breakfast some people had dirty boots that left dirt on the floor in the dining area, no biggie, except after everyone left staff was just standing around and could have just swept up the insane amount of dirt off the floor in the room and in the elevators. Looked like dirty boots are a thing as there was a boot cleaner just outside the entrance of the facility too. Again not a big deal, but if you have time to stand around and chat you can quickly take a broom to the floor to get the chunks of dirt picked up."
