"Very nice little hotel, clean and nice staff"

"The room was very comfortable and spacious. I had my own porch with chairs to sit on. The room was clean. Very dated furniture, but everything worked and was clean. The mattress is past it's prime - a little saggy, but not a big deal. Parking was perfect. It was very quiet and definitely safe. Someone came in and emptied my trash and freshened the towels after my first night. Wow... you don't see that anymore in a budget hotel. I have 2 more visits scheduled and look forward to returning. "

"Check in was super quick. Breakfast was great. My grandkids especially loved the waffles. You have to walk to the hotel in front for breakfast. The bed was really comfortable!! I would stay here again!!"

"The property is only two years old. It is easy on and off from the Highway. The town is home to James Madison University which has an amazing arboretum . There are some great restaurants and breweries nearby. I only gave it a 3 rating because the rooms are very noisy, very thin towels, and very hard beds."

"Booked a 5 night stay. First room we were put in was infested with hundreds of ants. We told the manager about it and she said it was impossible to do a refund because we booked through a third party site. So we were put in another room. Second room, same story only worse. Ants were in the mini fridge, microwave, on the tv screen as we were watching a movie, the bed, the toilet, the shower, and now all in our luggage. You name it, they were there. We were done at this point, and went back to the lobby. The lady down there said that it was our fault that there’s an infestation in the room because we ate breakfast up there once. It’s worth it to mention these rooms were on the third and fourth floors. You don’t get an ant infestation that high up unless you’re willfully negligent to an issue on the first floor. "

"Have stayed in many “Extended Stay” properties, never one without a fully stocked kitchen to include plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, a coffee pot, paper towels, etc. Room also did not have a hair dryer, and the front desk was out of them. Nice hotel, clean room, but it was severely lacking in common items expected when provided a full kitchen."
