It's a decent motel , had a good pool , good breakfast , the room was clean, great shower, beds were a bit too firm my partner and I both had a sore back in the morning ,great location for walkers a good amount of things for families to entertain their kids, kinda bummed there was no radio I need music all night to sleep there was only an alarm all in al was a decent stay .

it was a bit tricky to find this hotel in sudbury. we ended up in a large parking garage and my husband had to thread his way through it before we were given alternate parking arrangements. homeless people were tenting in front of the hotel. we were able to register without incident. i am in a wheelchair. although surrounding property was hilly, there was staff willing to assist. the hotel was very nice, ramped and completely accessible inside.

The comforter and sheets had some stains on them. On the second night of my stay, the ceiling in the room was leaking with water dripping right above the air conditioning unit.

Staff were very well mannered, courteous and help full. Building was clean, there was a lot of hockey teams there that weekend, however the premises was well cleaned. I went to the restaurant to have a few sodas and watch my hockey team play. The server could not find the game I wanted. But he didn’t quit there, he pulled out his personal I-pad and found the game for me to watch. Thank you Jason..We will stay again.

It was everything needed for an overnight stay. Slightly understaffed but the restaurant food was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. Parking was a little confusing as the hotel lot was tiny but once we decided to try the parking garage beside there was signage for more hotel parking. The rooms were good, a few signs of needed repairs but nothing that was unusable.

Front desk was useless. He checked people in instead of dealing with an emergency (people stuck in an elevator) and only called the appropriate people after security and a few others called him out on his priorities. We called ahead to make sure cribs were available and were told to request through a message when booking, which we did. There was no crib in our room, when requested again, we were told that hed get to it when he gets to it and he doesnt know when that would be. After half an hour, requested again. It came within the next half hour with no bedding. We had to go request bedding for the crib, and they had no clean bedding for the crib, and it was a, too bad, you can put a towel or a normal sheet over the mattress. Discusting and unsafe. Additionally, they had the crib set up incorrectly, they didnt bother latching the collapsable sides underneath the matress board. Room smelt like a chain smokers den. Halls smelt of cannabis. Bathroom stank, probably due to not having an air exchanger of some sort or shower fan. The tub did not drain well. They did not have enough towels in our room (2 for 4 people) and none laundered so we couldnt get more that night. Breakfast was bad, coffee watery, one day there was great staff, the next day unhelpful staff. The only redemable quality was the pool was open and warm.

Pool was great. The hotel was clean enough and the breakfast was good. The heat in our room seemed to only kick in around 2am, the rest of them time it was freezing.

The change room needs some serious renovations. Other guests were super loud slamming doors until 430 am. The only access to the courtyard was through rooms. Complimentary breakfast wasn't anything special either. Room was small for 175 a night. Pool was really the only decent thing in the hotel

Terrible stay. Dirty hotel, no parking, service terrible. Asked for extra towels and they dropped them outside my room door on the floor. Would rate this a hotel a 0 star. Shower terrible. Garbage everywhere in hallways. Loose outlets in room. Bed very noisy, walls paper thin, could hear people next door talking/going to the washroom. No hot tub, pool freezing cold.

The first room we checked into was filthy. It had lamanat flooring and it looked like it had kitty litter all over it. It hadn't been swept or cleaned at all. The coffee table and desk were covered in dirt and crumbs all over the couch as well as a muddy footprint on the couch. Also hair on the sink, tub and pillowcase. We asked for a new room, which wasn't much better

The room is dated. The temperature in the room upon arrival was cold. Even when turning the thermostat up, the room remained cold. The front desk staff who greeted us upon checking was nice (man). The front desk staff (woman) who was working when we checked out didn’t even acknowledge us. She didn’t say a word when we checked out. Won’t be staying there again.
