"The pool was closed. The ice machine was broken. The doors didn’t close properly. The beds were comfortable."

"Room was clean and pleasant. Desk clerk (Don) exceptionally courteous and helpful. He did explain renovations were going on. No hand railing on outdoor stairs to get into the building. Sidewalk so uneven, I actually tripped and fell to the ground. I went to the desk clerk and asked for rest room to change in as I had already checked out (I had huge grass stains on my knees). He immediately got out a first aid kit so I could clean scrapes and cuts on my arm. Offered to let me back in my room though I did decline."

"I’m a repeat guest at this location. Staff is friendly, breakfast is delicious with amazing presentation and attentiveness. Rooms are comfortable, clean and the front desk does a great job at trying to accommodate request for room location, etc. Small touches to connect with guest and enhance experience such as the collection of rubber ducks (learned this during this stay), decor to highlight holidays, popcorn, fruit, coffee/tea available at all times. I love it here and it’s my home away from home when I stay in Mooresville, NC."

"The room was so bad we decided not to stay. Filthy shade curtains and the sheers underneath were dirty and shredded. There was also what looked like a mouse hole in the bottom of the doorframe going into the bathroom. We have pictures to share. The front desk person felt bad, but could not issue us a refund because we booked through Orbitz. She offered us another room for the night, but at that point, we just wanted to get out of there."
