I called the night before to confirm and the staff that answered was rude and hang up. I had to call back. The Expedia site said breakfast was included there was only breakfast 1 day out of the 4 days. When we ask they said they ran out and it was 1 hour after breakfast started. There was two rotten apples siting there for days, fridge was empty and water to make tea was cold. If I knew this would have been the case I would have booked another hotel and would have been prepared for the extra cash I had to spend on breakfast. Every day I had to ask for toiletries and was told they ran out. The stairs was full of cigarettes buds and look like it was not cleaned for months.
I am requesting a credit for the money I spent on breakfast which was $28.00 each day for 3 days at the Waffle House because the hotel did not lived up to what was on Expedia site.
From what I hear from one of the staff this is a common practice and Expedia should be aware of it and not rate it a 6 star. I have pictures that I can send to you.
