"Great host. Excellent communication. Clean house with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Nicely decorated, comfy bed, lots of space. The internet was good, and we appreciated being so close to the school. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only downside was that we like to watch tv in bed before we go to sleep and neither bedroom had a tv in it. Good tv in the living room. "

"We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects. The host communication was excellent and responsive throughout. The property is perfect, super comfortable and offers something for everyone. Our visit occurred during winter weather so we did not get to take advantage of many of the outdoor activities but we are already plotting a return during a warmer season! That said, the hot tub was fantastic even with the freezing outdoor temperatures and we did trek down to mingle with the goats! The rec building was well worth the very fair asking price, our (adult) boys spent every spare moment in there. We are a group of 10 1 toddler and there is cozy space and activities for twice that many people easily. There should be a six star rating available for truly perfect experiences like this one!
