The only thing that would have made it even better for a travel nurse that works night shift and sleeps during the day is to have some type of curtains up to keep the sun out while sleeping and a sitting table or desk to eat at otherwise it’s was perfect to just sleep which is what I really needed it for!! "I was so impressed and pleased with my stay at Clarion Pointe Mattoon. From our check in until our departure, the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was so clean and updated. We stayed 2 nights and it was a very peaceful experience. We have stayed down the road at the pricier hotel and this stay was comparable to it, only the price was better! If I had to have something to mention, the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not have its own control. "
