"The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly when we checked in. The thermostat in our room did not work, our room was very hot and uncomfortable to try to sleep in (we checked in late). We were given a little table fan. When the staff member came to give us the fan he realized our room was very hot. Eventually we were given a new room. We were given a cart for our things and asked to hand over our keys and told if we forgot anything we wouldn't be able to come back and grab them. My husband and I had two sleeping children to load up, along with two older children and all our belongings. The staff member did not offer to help push the luggage cart, he did not hold open doors for us. He just continuously asked for our room keys back. You are also only given two breakfast vouchers and the rest of your party is charged $20 for their breakfast. "

"Horrendous experience with this place. I’ve never left a review like this. But we weren’t notified that the pool would be closed during our stay; nothing was posted either. When I explained this less than 24 hours of booking the staff were not accommodating and the manager never made an effort to reach out when I asked to speak to one. They transferred me to another hotel that they selected and wouldn’t let me choose to be with my family when they booked somewhere else. They were rude to the Expedia staff when they attempted to reach out (not answering the phone, taking days to get back). The difference in money from what I paid them to the new hotel they kept. Just really disgusted in this level of customer service… nobody wants to be a Karen but people should be aware of their service they’ll get here. In a world like today it doesn’t hurt to have some common decency and respect either. Last time I’ll stay at a Marriott."

"The room was cold the finishing of the rumour in terrible condition. Shower wasn’t working properly only two pillows furniture so worn out terrible experience. I would like a refund."
