"Breakfast good, staff friendly and helpful Property run down. Pool freezing cold and facilitiesold and uncomfortable, shower in room completely unusable, either freezing or burning with no mixer tap. Scorched my scalp when trying to wash my hair. Shockingly poor for the high price. Badly in need of a refurb. Everything you'd expect from a hotel badly in need of refurbishment. Despite lovely room size and comfortable beds, convenient joined rooms, the amenities so poor, it was a relief to leave and stay elsewhere in lower graded accommodation which proved much more comfortable. Shocked they can charge so much for such dated accommodation. So disappointed. This was supposed to be a treat stay of our trip, but it turned out to be the worst part. Frankfurt a fantastic city and christmas markets excellent. "

"Nice and spacious however layout was very sparse. Furniture needed some TLC and upgrade but ok for the most part. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessities for cooking, though definitely needed a good wash. Dish soap and sponge was provided so that was great. Shower door was not cleaned, caked with hard water stain. Shower tiles were yellow and was not cleaned entirely or maybe at all. Our room was equipped with washer and dryer, however dryer did not work. Did not attempt to use washer just in case. Upon first time entering noticed king ( 2 twins butted together) bed did not have a comforter. Relayed it to staff and after an afternoon and an evening out comforter still not in the room. Called staff once more, we were notified it was delivered to the wrong unit. One of the staff members finally came and just dropped it on the bed, did not attempt to prep the bed. Not a huge deal we were about to settle for the night, just felt a lil discourteous. After arriving home I was going through all charges from my trip noticed hotel charged me an extra $234.64. Had to make international call and spoke with receptionist about the extra charge she could not find me in any of their system. A lil frustrating and scary however she was super attentive and had me email her the details and within a couple of days a member of management touched base did not offer reason as to what the extra charge was for but was able to refund me $233.28 back to my card."

"Clean rooms, staff was friendly and kind. The shower had amazing water pressure. Wasn't impressed with the breakfast for the price. "

"Great location, the bar area in the evening was always packed, the front desk was friendly. Close to the airport and sight seeing areas. River walk was right infront of the hotel. "
