Great customer service and they moved me to a new room as soon as possible when I had issues. Though, cleaning of the rooms especially of the bathrooms, could be improved. There was a bit of dirt when checking into a new room. Otherwise, excellent property and customer service, and I would stay there again.

Amazing stay at Villa Dagmar. The hotel is beautiful, the room was so lovely and the bed was fantastic. Great location also. Perfect for our weekend away.

The hotel is excellent, with a great bar and restaurants. We loved our stay and will definitely book again for our next visit.

Villa Dagmar is an amazing hotel and has everything a visitor to Stockholm needs - excellent staff, incredible food, very comfortable rooms, centrally located and very very walkable. I am so lucky to have found Villa Dagmar and I cannot wait to return. It truly made for an unforgettable first visit to Stockholm.

Lovely, but hot
The Villa Dagmar was a lovely stay in a great area of Stockholm. Superb condition throughout, with a lot of attention to detail. We did have a bit of an issue with the temperature in our room, despite running the AC on max cold, it was a consistent + 23’C, and as a result we slept pretty poorly. The staff did give us a fan, but that didn’t help much unfortunately. The room faces the courtyard, hence we were unable to open them for extra air.

I absolutely love Villa Dagmar! I would go as far to say that it is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff is so helpful, friendly and patient. Each detail is attended to- the hotel is extremely clean, stylish and comfortable- quiet yet fun when it is supposed to be on weekends. The complimentary breakfast is superb and the spa is delightful. I keep coming back to Stockholm to stay at this lovely establishment/ highly recommend for both singles and families.

Charming boutique hotel near everything!
Perfect location near everything. This is a charming boutique hotel. Loved our breakfast and service. Room was beautiful and modern with a super comfortable bed. My only issue was lack of air circulation in the room we stayed with faces the indoor courtyard. Otherwise, fantastic!

Bravo Breakfast with super comfy beds!
From the moment we arrived until we departed the service, food and staff were epic, there is no other word to describe this hotel, even the lovely guy from London who served us breakfast and made us feel like we were home from home!

Beautiful hotel can not compensate poor service
We got a very noisy room due to early morning 6am deliveries. Rooms towards the street must be avoid unless you intend to sleep heavily from hangover. Thanks n my opinion the room we got should not be used as not possible to sleep in it from 6am onwards. The lights in the bathroom were not fixed even though we requested it in the first evening. Still next morning they did not work and no further follow up/ comments were gives to us about the process.

Cosy Stockholm gem
This hotel is a gem - and a perfect Stockholm base. Beautifully designed, and wonderfully lit, the hotel is cosy and welcoming. And the beds are so comfortable. Situated on a pretty pedestrian street the location is idea.

Excellent location, food market located at back of building. Sauna facilities, excellent service and amazing food, especially breakfast. I travel a lot, best breakfast by far, the quality and standard of the food was impressive, best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. EVER.

Trying to hard but hopefully will be improved
Good but small rooms. Unfortunately they face the courtyard, which has gotten the music level very wrong - feels like they are trying too hard

5 bright stars for the gem of a hotel. Every detail, every smile, everything about this fabulous hotel is memorable and delightful- so much so that I extended my stay three times!
