"The hotel is nice and most people at the reception, restaurant and housekeepers are very polite and helpful. However I have also experienced that things asked would not be done even though promised to be fixed, for example filling empty body lotion bottle. I’ve been staying at this hotel over some years. "Great trip. House was large and very nice family and eating spaces. The views were great from every window because the house is set on a steep hill side. While it makes the views great the barely wide enough streets were a big challenge for our large SUV with all the blind one car wide (2-way) traffic. So not for the faint of heart driver. The great news is that everyone drives slow and yields as needed to get around. There are also steep steps going from street level to the front door and also...
