Had a quick one night stay after landing in Bergen. About 2km from the airport. 3 minute walk to Birkelandsskiftet Terminal. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic hotel. Great value, great food, extremely comfortable beds, lovely family room and so child-friendly. Two amazing playrooms and complementary ice cream on arrival. Staff lovely too Can't wait to stay here again. Feels strange saying that about an airport hotel!

Good clean hotel. Nice room and lovely buffet breakfast. £20 taxi ride from Bergen airport or two stops on the light railway and 400 m walk. Nice spa setup. Stay again. No problem.

Good hotel, with adequate-sized and clean rooms. The bar area is pleasant and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is located two tram stops away from the airport, and about a half-hour tram journey into the city centre, however the trip is easy to navigate, and the hotel is a very short walk from the tram stop.

I very much appreciated the early check-in as I had just disembarked from a cruise that morning and it would have been a very long day otherwise. The hotel is very nice and the staff were wonderful, friendly & helpful.

The breakfast was amazing which is why I gave an overall 3 star rating instead of a 2. Staff members were not very helpful and did not seem concerned about how our stay was going. The rooms are very small so if even somewhat spacious is desired this is not the hotel for you. (Note: we are a family of 3 travelling around Norway for 2 weeks so had 1 large suitcase each with a few other items. You have to get creative for how to fit your suitcases in such a way as to be able to use them). We appreciated the free parking on site

Kjøpte ny deodorant og hadde den på rommet og etter vi gikk ut og kom tilbake var den borte. Vaskedamen kastet sikkert denne. Og i tillegg funket ikke det lille kjøleskapet som vi skulle ha barnemat inni. Det gode jeg vil trekke frem er bra frokost ellers er alt annet midt på 3

Der mangler aircondition så der er varmt om natten. Der er larm fra udluftning udefra. Badeværelset lugter lidt af urin, tørt urin. Ellers er værelset pænt stort med lille køkken som mangler lidt kaffe

Il giorno prima dell'arrivo siamo stati informati dallo Scandic Kokstad hotel che, per problemi di overbooking, il nostro soggiorno sarebbe stato spostato allo Scandic hotel di Bergen City. Abbiamo molto apprezzato come l'hotel abbia perfettamente organizzato, a sue spese, verso mezzanotte, il nostro transfer dall'hotel di Kokstad a quello di Bergen: senza alcun ritardo siamo scesi dall'aereo e abbiamo trovato il taxi già pronto ad aspettarci. Inoltre la colazione è stata fantastica, con una enorme varietà di scelta: ultimo ma non ultimo era disponibile anche l'opzione senza glutine.

Lite og kjedelig rom, super frokost

Rommet er lite og kjedelig innredet. Sengen er så som så. Frokosten er super, men den må du betale ekstra for. På et slikt hotell bør frokosten være inkludert. Kjøper ikke kjedens argumenter med fleksibilitet for kundene.
