"We instantly felt at ease upon arrival and were made to feel welcome . We enjoyed a pizza and cheesy chips for our evening meal and I was pleased to see that there was a cask ale on the bar . Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order . Our room overlooked the beer garden and play garden for the children . There's a bus service into Worcester which is convenient to use instead of taking the car. There's quite a large car park so parking is not a problem ."

"Really impressed with the hotel room we had, and the care and attention of staff. Room appears to have be recently remodelled. Little touches were really appreciated like welcome note, radio turned to classical station giving gentle background music ehen we entered the room. Nespresso machine was very welcome, and the comfort of the room was superb. Well done. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was the best i have stayed in in the UK. Keep it up. Ledbury is lovely town with friendly people surrounded by Malven hills. "

"Great value! One night stay as a family of four on our way to Hay festival. Mattresses and duvets were very comfortable. We used the spa in the morning - pool on the small side but big enough for a quick swim and play. We paid extra for breakfast and the children remarked on the excellent sausages. "

"Great Hotel, you get an enormous sense of history from the moment you walk in. The service was great and the staff were attentive and cordial. My room was number 10 which was at the top. very big and specious with great views of the town and country side. Food & drink were fine with a great carvery on the Wednesday, which I really recommend"

"Friendly staff. Spacious room with a view overlooking the countryside. Charging point for the car was free of charge for guests. We had a meal there which was on the pricey side but the food was exquisite. There was a choice of different breakfasts. We selected the Eggs Royale which was beautifully presented and delicious. Good value for money. Overall a really enjoyable stay. "
