"I only booked for a 2 night stay. We had a huge suite with full kitchen and living room; on the 4th floor overlooking the front of the hotel. A huge private covered patio, 1.5 bathroom, king bed and lots of closet space. Shower pressure was excellent and soaker tub available too. Everything was very clean! Free parking at a gravel field about a 7 min walk from the resort."

Cath and Roy were incredibly welcoming and made our stay feel special. We chose the breakfast option, which worked perfectly for us, and Cath checked in to make sure the menu suited our tastes. "The room rate quoted by Expedia was not the rate chargrd by the hotel.They increased it by $30 the second night and just over$50 the 3rd night. the kitchen was lacking an appliance and the room lighting was terrible.The staff were very pleasant.This a beautiful location ,it's too bad they are deceptive in their advertisung. "This cottage was perfect for my spouse, our small dog, and me for 8 nights. So cozy and in a beautiful remote location while also being close to town. Owners live on property and were so lovely! They respected privacy the whole time and also said hello when out and about on property. Be prepared to see deer, bald eagles, and other birds galore! This was the most peaceful place to come home to after an adventure day on Vancouver Island. And that view!! I hope to stay here again on a future Canada trip! "
