"Excellent hotel! Only the front desk knows English though. When we went to dinner my son was served something with nuts even though we conveyed he had a food allergy. Understanding what guests are communicating should be a priority. Great hotel overall but that moment was upsetting."

"Stayed in Genoa for 1 week for work. Clean well equipped apartment on ground floor near Dinegro metro stop (a few minutes walk). Has a small but fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Has nice private patio which provides a garden-like atmosphere. Nice to have supermarket (Basko) across the street. Hosts were very easy to work with. From metro, it is just about 10 min ride to city center and Porto Antico. By foot, maybe 40 minutes. 15 min walk to main train station (Piazza Principe)."
