"Staff is phenomenal. We live them all! Food is high quality and delicious. Beds are very comfortable in well designed rooms. Our only critique is that the pool could have been warmer, without an additional cost, as soon as we arrived. Nickel and diming a pool in a luxury hotel like this one seemed odd. It was hard to look longingly at a pool in our room that was too cold to go into in October. Other than that, zero complainants we loved every minute of our stay. "

"We had a fabulous 4 night stay in a 3 bedroom maisonette (upgrade from 2 bedroom maisonette). We were 2 adults and a teenager staying in the last week of the season in October. We each had our own bathroom. The grounds, staff, food, views, all amazing. Our private pool was in shade all of the time but it's probably in sin during the summer months. Lots of mosquitos so plug ins are a must. Deet didn't really do anything to deter them and we all came home with bites. Sitting out in our private garden wasn't recommended but the communal areas were fine. We loved the all inclusive food options and the staff were lovely. "

"We enjoyed our 10 day trip in Happy Cretan . Everything was good close to nice beach. We enjoyed the bike ride that is offered by free. The only complaint was that first night in the restaurant that we went the bill was to expensive compared to all restaurants in the Crete. "

"Got there quite early,so just expected to sit around with luggage. No the wonderful Stella on reception checked me in,looked after my luggage and allowed me to take full advantage of the All Inclusive facilities. Even though my room wouldn't be ready foe afew hours. Everything was wonderful the view, the food, the drinks, the service. Cant rate this little hidden gem of a hotel. Miss it at your peril. Outstanding Outstanding. "
