We had an excellent stay! We were celebrating a special occasion and we were lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We even got free access to the spa (jacuzzi and saunas). The breakfast was also delicious and well presented. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is great too as it is a short walk to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The receptionists in particular were respectful, kind and very helpful. They made us feel valued. Breakfast was very good and again, the staff very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Buses are close by and beaches lovely. This is a great hotel to stay at. We would definitely stay again.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The location is perfect. In the middle of everything. Yet it is on a quiet street with no street noise. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless and well appointed. The breakfast was great. It is a small boutique hotel and does not have its own restaurant or fitness center, but it does have a very nice spa with lots of features. You can’t go wrong staying at Dimargio.

A Great Stay in Heraklion

We had stayed there the week before as well and had a wonderful time on both stays. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the central shopping area, but on a quiet street without a lot of noise. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the bed and pillows were very nice. The breakfast was very good. In my last review I actually did not realize that there was a nice fitness center and a restaurant area. My fault for giving this hotel all the credit it deserves. This is a wonderful hotel and I recommend it.

What a lovely and perfect stay while in herklion. Katrena from the start was fantastic with handling our booking and all the details. She was able to arrange our transfer and all the details. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted with a welcome drink and a smile. The hotel restaurant was still open and able to accommodate us with large lovely plates of food; much needed after our travel and late arrival. The transfer company and driver were so courteous, waiting with a sign and were prompt in our pick up in a clean and spacious vehicle. The hotel property itself is well appointed and well thought out. Each detail down to lighting and efficient use of space and millwork in rooms were smart. The room had exactly what you would need for comfort during any type of stay. The shower was well functioning and amenity products were local olive. Everything, and I mean everything was clean and spotless at this property. We were able to enjoy breakfast in the courtyard; the area itself is so charming and is a lovely mix of old classic cretian meets mid century modern. I would highly recommend this luxury boutique hotel right in central Herklion and would gladly return if we find ourselves in the area in the future.
