The rooms are a bit Spartan as they are basically student bedsits but all the essentials are there, and my room was made up each day which a lot of hotels don’t do list Covid! "Signs easy to follow. Parking on site, quiet at night. Private bathrooms, towel, clean everywhere. Free self service kitchen, all kind of food for breakfast. Hot drinks and i actually could take a good night during my business trip! "

"You're above a pub, but right in the city centre, for real cheap. It's highly convenient, clean bathrooms and bedding, but be warned, it's above a pub. Its a bit noisy until late, but that's expected. Can't complain really. We left some headphones and keys behind but they were very kind to ship them back for us! Would recommend if you're in for a couple of nights and just need a bed. Gud price"

I arrived first and got chatting to the young man who was checking us in, he was so lovely and helpful and gave me lots of information about the hotel, the village, the two pubs that served food and the area. "The host checked before my arrival what time I'd be booking in. Unfortunately I was early so they were out but Alison was very accomodating when I said I'd be back around 10pm. Place was lovely and room was very comfortable with an array of items on the room to make my stay more comfortable. Overall would highly recommend but would also advise to close your windows before bed as the crows and peacocks woke me up at 5am!"

"Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days you get fresh linen and towels but this didnt happen, i stayed for 7nights.
