It was one of the few that was available after a cancelled flight; grateful for it. Got here had to go downstairs twice due to the key not working. Finally got in my room to shower, the water cam out brown then clear. Then saw a roach! that I couldn’t kill and paranoid sleeping I won’t be staying here again .

The hotel is still a bit run down and for the price it was not worth it. Check in clerk needs to be a bit more professional. The room like it wasn't cleaned throughly before i checked in, The sheets were dirty and i didn'tnoticed until the next morning and the floor was dirty. Isn't there a supervisor to check the room before an arrival? Then the cleaner came in yesterday to clean, well her type of cleaning was to change the linenI and towels only. You can see all the grim in the bath tub and there was still trash on the floor. I told the checked out Clerk about my stay and she was very sincere and professional.

The hotel has been my favorite for more than 30 years. However things have changed, there is hardly or no activity at all at the hotel. Its just a huge empty building without active /bar ,resturant,Casino , gift shops. The entire property needs some serious overhaul and beautification. The rooms are fine but the sliding doors needs replacing, bathrooms needs work. That swing doors in the bathroom that opens up to the bedroom is the most ridiculous thing ever and needs to go.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they offered a free ride to and from Magens Beach, although I wish that the time was a bit more flexible. The view of the harbor from my room was great. I was allowed to check in early because my room happens to be available and that was a plus. Overall, I enjoy my stay and I was treated well by the staff and local people. I will definitely visit again and give myself more time for the trip. I only stayed here a short weekend.

Devonte was so charming as always helping out and serving with respect with his customer service. Always so pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is ok . The security guys was also helpful and always around when you need them . The bardender as well is also great !

The property has seen better days. The restaurant is not the most efficient, especially during Carnival when they should have been prepared for a crowd. However, all the staff were really helpful and friendly, and were doing their best with the facility and the staffing.

This hotel feels "old" and is not well maintained. The room furniture is a throwback to the 70s. The location is good, access to the waterfront and Frenchtown, but just behind the hotel is a residential area where we would not walk at night. We would not stay here again

The room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait 2.5 hrs for the room to be prepared. The shower curtains were moldy, the water was brown and the flow was dirty.

The receptionist did a very good job taking into account he was by himself!!! Please hire more personnel at the front desk. We spent an hour and 20 minutes waiting in line!!! This is totally unacceptable.

There was blood on the 4th floor that was was covered with blankets for 2 days, the front desk is rude and nasty, our toilet flooded, safe didnt work, the front desk does not care.

So here’s what they don’t tell you if you request an oceanfront room it’s right on the boulevard, which seems to be where everyone comes to party and generally a lot of traffic traffic and noise. So you pay for what you think is an upgraded room only to find out it’s not. When I asked about a quieter room, they said well there’s construction going on behind the hotel and there’s three bars that are in full party mode because this week is carnival. When we walked to restaurants, there were homeless people doing inappropriate things

Since I left my one night stay that was booked and paid for through Expedia, they have charged my credit card twice more for the room. I have called, I have addressed it and no one wants to fix this. This is a SCAM. Stop recommending this hotel Expedia!

Excelente hotel. La as facilidades siempre limpiaa, cuartos cómodo, el personal son amable y atentos. Se puede caminar para varios lugares de comida como para comprar regalos y cosas personales. Es un area muy agradable en el que esta localizado. Lo recomiendo bastante.

This was a last minute booking, since we missed the last ferry to St. John. At first, the hotel looks beautiful, then you check into your room. It was dirty. The freezer didn’t work so we woke up a floor full of water (from a bag of ice cubes that we put in there). Also, the food is freezer food. The hamburger was a frozen patty from package. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad we found a place to sleep that wasn’t $700, but just a warning.

Website states they have breakfast available. The facility actually only has breakfast available only Wednesdays through Sundays. Which means no restaurant in the hotel is open Mondays and Tuesdays. No where in the website was this stated. Not even in the hotel. I found out when I asked the front desk where I could find the restaurant for breakfast.
