Tastefully re-modeled condo with gorgeous views of the ocean, marina, and St. John from your private patio. Kitchen 100% new/renovated. 2 minute walk to Sapphire beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. 1 minute walk to the marina where you can catch a sailboat for the day over to St. John. 2 private pools & high-end restaurant onsite just a short walk from your front door. Drive1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening with many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has king bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C keeps the unit cool along w/ 4 ceiling fans located throughout. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers and night stands, beautifully decorated outdoor patio, High-Speed Internet w/ WiFi included. Laundry available onsite and movie rental at the office. Onsite Maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

We had a great stay. The location is great close to Saphire. Visit Sudi’s great drinks and food. Close to Red Hook and great restaurants and bars.

The condo was in a great location to Sapphire Beach which had awesome snorkeling. It was also equipped with everything you need for the beach. We stayed for a week and two bath towels and two beach towels were not enough. Also the shower is literally a foot and a half opening so if you have some thickness it’s a tight fit. The curtains also are not black out and do not fully cover the windows. Other than that everything was good.

Don’t stay here. Communication was terrible, housekeeper is disgusting. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived & the toilet was broken. I asked her to clean the shower & she used a TOILET BRUSH. The tv remote was broken in HALF when we arrived. So we didn’t have a functioning tv for days! This was inconvenient because it rained most of the trip & we couldn’t leave the room. Obviously the housekeeper doesn’t do her job if she didn’t notice it after the previous guests left. I can go on & on. The electricity went out several times as well. The host failed to warn us.

I loved the condo and the property overall. Even with the unit being on a lower floor the view is still incredible. I traveled solo for this trip and felt safe and secure the entire time. The walk to Sapphire Beach was less than 5 mins and I had a lovely day relaxing on the beach. It’s 4 mins to the Ferry to St. John and while the streets aren’t walkable, taxis are readily available. The host was very responsive even when I spazzed out and couldn’t figure out how to lock the front door. Bring water with you if you’re checking in on a Monday because the onsite restaurant is closed on Mondays. It’ll take a trip back to town to grocery shop or to grab a bite to eat. If I’m ever back on this side of the globe, I’d definitely stay at this property again.

While the description of the property is technically correct the pictures are somewhat deceiving. The view from the deck is disappointing. We had trouble with the hot water and internet...these did get resolved although we discovered that someone entered the condo while we were out without notifying us. The TV in the condo is failing.

The location of the property was great! The beach was only a short walk so very convenient. The view of the marina was lovely. The host was very responsive and the packet sent was very helpful. The bathroom wasn’t very clean the tv picture was very purple and we couldn’t get it to any sort of normal coloring even though we didn’t spend a lot of time in our place. Also the snorkeling gear was very dirty and scuffed up so we were unable to use it. The location is perfect for getting to activities and the wedding we were there for was only a minute walk.

Comfy Condo!
We were very happy with our two night stay in Raleigh's condo. We loved the proximity to Sapphire Beach and the use of snorkeling equipment. Many iguanas were spotted on the path to the beach! We didn't rent a car, so we really appreciated that there was Sudi's restaurant just steps from the room. Both dinner and breakfast there were wonderful. We also took a short taxi ride to nearby Coral World. Raleigh's condo is tastefully decorated and in a perfect location for activities and the Red Hook ferry.

Cozy Stay
My Fiancé and I and in the middle of planning a wedding on the island and wanted to visit venues before booking so we planned a quick 1 night trip from Miami. Host provided a great detailed welcome packet that included everything we needed as far as check in instructions, places to eat, etc. we arrived and got in without a hitch. The apartment was decorated nicely and it was very homey & cozy. The bed was super comfortable and soft & we fell right asleep. There were fresh towels and linens & soap & shampoo provided as well as hand soap & dish soap. The kitchen was also stocked with pots & pans & seasonings. Since we were dining a 1 night stay we didn’t utilize the kitchen but it was a nice option. There was no ice maker in the freezer but we did notice a small bag of ice. We also noted there were beach equipment for use (coolers, chairs, snorkels, fins. Etc.) which was also great.

Property was easy to access beach. While Redhook is close enough to walk to, there is not a sidewalk or shoulder and many blind curves. You’re better off riding a safari for $1. However we could not find a Safari back to the resort. Taxis were about $10. This is an older property but in good condition. The fans and some surfaces in the room need a through dusting. The hot water in the shower didn’t heat up. The owner responded to our first request and flipped the breaker to the hot water heater. This however didn’t fix the problem and our second inquiry was unanswered. The water was luke warm at best. Enjoyed our stay.

Beach Access Condo...Great Amenities
It's a beach condo with a 5 minute walk to beautiful Sapphire Beach. It's small but has a comfortable king bed, a small but servicable kitchen , and a pool , plus a gas grill within steps. Raleigh was a great host!
