Great spot for a family vacation!
We really loved that the property had a private dock and it was used by us constantly. We had 4 adults and 4 children and found it quite comfortable. For fisherman: 2 working rods and reels were left and some basic tackle. Also had a small landing net and 2 minnow buckets—FYI. Beach notes: rolling cooler, wagon, some beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, a few floaties and a life jacket. Also included were some movies, books and a few board games. Wal-Mart delivery was a game changer. We also loved that we had an in-house washer and dryer, so we got detergent to utilize those. Great place that we’d all love to come back to someday. Perfect vacation for groups that like to do a variety of activities.

My three sisters and I went to Indian Rocks Beach for a get away. It was a very clean property and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet.

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location, walked everyday to the dog park and Kooky Coconut for coffee. Very nice pool and yard. We were able to watch the annual Indian Rocks Beach lighted boat parade from our private dock

Peaceful and Clean
The house was clean; communication with management was good and the view was great. We even had a "trash fairy" that came and took our trash and recycling out. Unnecessary, but nice. My daughters and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Happy repeat visitors
The house layout, the pool and pier, and location are perfect for our group of eight, including three children and two 60+. New beds and sun benches were great additions this time around. Tree trimming for more garden sunlight and new furniture for the upper patio would be our only comments regarding the property. Getting the house ready for check-in on time has now failed twice in a row, but both times it was sorted quickly.

Property was ok, not great. Communications we're a joke
A few things you should expect: 1. Old, worn out couch 2. Worn out, rough sheets on master bed 3. Cold/lukewarm showers on main floor, master was hot 4. Pool is SOLAR heated, meaning cold unless it is hot outside 5. Old tech TV/DVD. Only access to Netflix was via an old Xbox 6. No condiments, ziplocs, plastic ware, Saran wrap or seasonings although maybe everything people leave gets tossed as per covid guidelines 7. Ran out of paper towels and trash bags. 8. Downstairs toilets don't flush very well, need to fidget with float to get tank to refill with water. 9. 4 Tan patio chairs are in good shape but two of the four blue/white chairs are broken. 2-3 zero gravity chairs out back but all are broken. 9. Vacasa Mgmt company is terrible. Asked a question and they answered but told me the place was not available even though I'd just gotten a confirmation. Multiple Vacasa agents checking the inbox and have no clue they are talking to the current renter. Asked if I needed anything but then ignored my questions. Positives: A. Great location, walking distance to beach and cafe with coffee, ice cream, tacos, Cubans, etc B. Well stocked "Beach Closet" with chairs, wagon, toys, coolers, tackle box, a few fishing rods (reels seized up from salt water) C. Good internet D. Clean E. Quiet / dead-end road with no traffic F. Includes beach towels, coffee maker G. Beds seemed good/fine H. Pool had noodles, floaties, etc

Perfect House
This is the second time we've rented this home as we love it so much. Our friends bring their boat to enjoy and we have the wonderful pool to enjoy after being out on the water.. We found the house immaculate upon our arrival and it has all the amenities to make our stay comfortable!

Awesome house and location
Indian Rocks Beach is our favorite location and this house rocks as far as location and spaciousness. Our family had a wonderful time. It would be a 5 star if certain property needs were met: 2-4 more dining room chairs are needed... the unit sleeps 8 but there were only 4 dining table chairs. The dock ladder had barnacles on it and was unusable so we had to cancel our kayak rental. Also the dock had some loose boards. With these fixes it would be a 5. Jodi and Angela were very receptive to our needs and accessible. We already booked for next year! Thank you for giving our family a wonderful vacation!

Our Short Get Away
This property is in a great location. Close to restaurants, Publix, Neighborhood Walmart. Inter-coastal so there is a nice fishing area. Larger property 3/2 has a rollaway bed in the hall closet. Kitchen area need pots & oven pans update. Backyard need attention to the big tree on the right & the Shrubbery. I would definitely add electronic blinds to the windows for privacy at night. Overall, nice property.

This was a perfect spot for relaxing. The house had everything we needed. The upstairs master bedroom was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was perfect. It was a perfect temperature and the dock was a great place to hang out and fish. We would definitely come back.

Has potential, GREAT LOCATION, "Solar" heated pool (joke)
We are a couple in our early sixties who were going to have family and friends (no more than three at a time, join us for a few days throughout our stay (2.5+ weeks). We booked this property under the assumption the pool was heated. Upon arrival and finding the pool ice cold, we were informed that it was SOLAR heated! Really? What a disappointment and surprise! We would have NEVER booked it knowing that! First, what we liked: Location (TERRIFIC!), close to restaurants, bars, nice beach areas, shopping, attractions, etc.. House layout is nice and is in good condition. Quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. Washer and dryer worked well. Fridge/freezer worked well, however, we noticed a small amount of water at the base twice during our 2.5 week stay. Dishwasher and toaster worked well. . What we didn't like in addition to the pool: King mattress in master and queen/full mattress in guest bedroom need replacing! Noisy, sagging in the middle and uncomfortable! Pillows need replacing as well! Bathroom sinks (some) didn't/don't drain (clogged and/or the stopper prevented the water from draining. Not enough hot water for the size of the residence. Our guests (2-3) numerous times complained that they had only warm water available. Jetted tub in master as well did not have enough hot water. Wooden blinds throughout, some worked, many didn't. Two of the three toilets flushed and filled fine, one struggled. Sliding patio door upstairs would not lock on both sides. Coffee pot needs replacing. No casserole dishes for making lasagna, etc. Garbage can lid in kitchen doesn't work/broken. Grill needs cleaning ASAP! There's such a build up of grease that after removing the meat I had to splash water inside of it to extinguish the fire! Garbage disposal sort of works, has issues. The house, overall, and it's location are really good IF ONLY someone would address the small and medium size issues it would then be THEE place to stay! Renter beware.

Warm and inviting property. Areas to improve: - Dishwasher did not work, water turned off. - Downstairs queen bed was a hammock and very uncomfortable. Needs a new mattress. - Pillows uncomfortable. - Upstairs screen door lying on deck instead of inserted into door. - Not enough lighting - no lamps in bedroom. - No paper towels for kitchen. - No tissues. - Need real wine glasses, water goblets. - Nice view. - Great pool. - A few cockroaches.

We had a perfect week at this lovely home. The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was spacious, comfortable and private. We had a great time fishing - and catching - off the dock. It is very close to the beach with easy beach access.There were a few negatives: The dishwasher does not work very well and I had to hand wash dishes. The leaves in pool were a constant hassle. Tenants need to be aware that they will clog the skimmer box. We own a pool so we knew what to do but for tenants that don't have experience, some detailed instructions on pool care would be nice. Pillows on bed in upstairs master bedroom need to be replaced. A few more steak knives would be nice - there were two. Overall, these were minor compared to all the great things about the house. We would definitely rent again! Indian Rocks is the best spot on the beaches for a low-key vacation with no high rise buildings and easy, ample beach access.

Home was clean and comfortable in a pleasant neighborhood. Beautiful pool with floats and plenty of chairs to sun bathe. Also, enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by almost daily. We also enjoyed visiting the Kooky Coconut which isa short walk away. Food and ice cream is delicious. Would definitely this home again.

Beautiful property, great location, wonderful hosts!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house is spacious, clean and in a wonderful location. The pool and dock were definitely a highlight for us (especially the kids). We fished off the dock at night and even saw dolphins up close and personal! Nice large kitchen and the washer/dryer was a huge plus for us. It was also very nice to have the pack and play and high chair already here. The master suite was amazing as were the bathrooms. We were definitely recommend this house to anybody looking to visit the area. Close enough to the hussle and bussle of Clearwater but far enough we felt relaxed and enjoyed the privacy. Wonderful property!!

The house is nice and clean. It has pleanty of room for larger families.
Our favorite space was the outdoor area with pool and intercostal waters. Nice for paddle boarding or fishing. The house itself is perfect for families that like privacy. Only complaint is the walk to beach . Our family likes to come and go from beach to house often during the day and that’s just not feasible with this house being 1/2 mile away. The privacy of having your own private space was a sacrifice our family was willing to make.

Amazing Place, Great Views and Pool
Just returned from an Amazing 2 weeks at IRB and loved this place, very big, comfortable and spacious rooms, very well equipped (you wont need anything apart from Food, Drink and Sun cream). It has a beach storage room, with a beach trolley equipped with everything for the beach. I've also left in the downstairs cleaning cupboard a load of pool toys which I've cleaned and stored (just been in the pool, netball, air mattress's, balls and even a giant Shark, so please give them some use). Its situated at the end of one of the inland waterways with great views and saw loads or Dolphin's from the Dock, and the local's are really friendly. Its an easy (well lazy) 10 minute walk to the main street where there's a great little place called the Kooky Coconut (food and drinks are really good), and beach access then another 10 minutes if you turn left or right, to some other great restaurants and bars (to many to mention but they are all good). There are well established trees around the pool, which gives great privacy so your not overlooked, and if you don't mind moving around the pool area you can catch the sun from about 9am to 6pm (in June), and if you want more sun the beach is just 10 minutes away and watch the amazing sun sets. There is a leaf blower in the outside tall seated area, look out for it, I only found it on my last day and would have saved me sweeping leafs everyday (doh). Could benefit from some proper Sun Loungers that lie flat (sorry only negative thing). I cant recommend this place the owner and IRB highly enough, I normally stay in Beach Front Condo's but I'll go with a private house and pool from now on. Thanks Brad for letting stay in your place it made our Vacation.

Great house, well located and well serviced
We were a group of eight, 3 children and 5 adults, travelling to Indian Rocks Beach for the second time in November. We were delighted with the layout of the house and all its amenities. The outdoor area was a a great hit, especially with the children, and the pier was a great spot for the morning coffee. All communications with the owner and the company servicing the house were first class, prompt replies and matters resolved quickly and professionally. We will definitely consider this property for our next visit to IRB.

Highly recommended!
We will be coming back. The house was perfect for us. We loved the back patio, pool and the dock. The weather unfortunately did not allow us to rent a boat and go fishing, but because the house had a dock, we got plenty of fishing in. The owner and 3 palms were very accomadating. We had one small issue with the sink and within hours there was somebody there to service it. Overall great experience.

Beautiful and Awesome
This place is beautiful inside and out. We just loved this place. Big and open. We had two families staying here and we were not on top of each other, we even hosted Thanksgiving with my family who live in Florida. The area is great, walking distance to the beach and shops. We are so looking forward to renting again (if the place was for sale, I would purchase in heartbeat! Well worth the price.
