"Construction was right out the window of our room. (Was asked if we had a preference on room, and said I didn’t care and they picked it). One of the beds was ready to break, anytime you moved it made noise. I had to pay to park my car each night we stayed, that was a waste of money. Breakfast was ok, had good options. Pool was small and crowded, had to ask for more pool towels because no one was checking on them. "

"They did not clean our room and we stayed two nights. There was no room service. The restaurant was booked and we as paying customers could not get a table. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. First time using the airport shuttle, very easy. Hotel could definitely use a refresh. But for a quick overnight before flying out it was good. "

"The casino was very clean and open. Many guests, many staff members There was very organized staff maintaining the property constantly. The property had at least 3 food court areas that were open 24 hrs. And at least 2 upscale restaurants on site. "

"The corner room I requested was GREAT. It was large, plenty of walking around area, sectional sofa, air worked great, spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff was super nice as well. A few small issues, there was no way to stop water from exiting the shower door so always a puddle after a shower. The toilet decided when it wanted to flush and the friggin remote to the TV, I wanted to throw it out the window. Luckily, the Hilton app has TV functions, so I just used my phone to control the TV. There is not a lot around this hotel as far as shopping or restaurants. There are some, but not many and the only one on the property is pretty sparce. It looks like the area around the hotel was once very vibrant but not anymore. On that note, room service was quick! And the food was wonderful so I just ate in my room all three nights. No complaints and tried something different each night."
