The valet drop-off and the check-in process were nearly effortless. Their process should be the standard for all hotels. The staff was friendly and so efficient. The room was so close to the elevator. The beds were comfortable. The valet process at checkout was also fast. My only critique is to install better signage on the outside of the building to direct visitors to the entrance, as the valet garage doors can be confusing for first-time visitors. We went to a concert at Grand Casino Area which was an easy walk along the river. I will definitely stay her again.
