Welcome to your cozy and private basement escape—complete with a hot tub—perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort and relaxation. Tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood, our beautifully furnished unit is just a short drive from the charming shops, restaurants, and attractions of Historic Main Street St. Charles.

Please note: Access to the unit requires walking along the side of the house and down a small hill.

Inside, you'll find a warm, welcoming space featuring:

A cozy living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV

A spacious bedroom with two king-size beds, a dedicated work space, and a second flat-screen TV

A full bathroom with tub and shower

A private hot tub just outside the entrance—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring

A kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and essentials for light cooking

A convenient washer/dryer combo for extended stays

Please Note Our House Rules:

No Pets Allowed. This unit is strictly not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors. A $250 fine will apply if violated.

Lost & Found: Items left behind can be returned for a $25 handling fee, plus shipping costs.

Extended Stay: Stays over 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee, which will be added manually after booking.

Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee.

It is absolutely beautiful. The room is huge it's super clean the hot tub was so nice the little back patio is stunning we spent our honeymoon here and 10 out of 10 recommend here

Beautiful basement apartment with hot tub

We enjoyed our stay- it was clean and beautifully decorated, with the added bonus of a very nice back patio with hot tub. Owners were very good with communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely be happy to stay there again in future.

Comfy Cozy Quaint

We had a perfect stay! Loved the overall look and feel of this place. Very comfortable! Stocked well. Beds were great! Location was perfect for our needs. A little shopping in St Peters Mid Rivers area 10 min away and shopping and dinner in St Charles on main street! Also only 10 min away! We will return if available for future visits!
