I will not stay here again. The rooms are dated. They would not bring me a vacuum to vacuum up chips that fell on the carpet, no extra roll of toilet tissue, the duvet had stains and cigarette burns, the room was half cleaned, long strands of hair in the bed and bathroom, the sink fixture was damn near off and low hot water pressure, front desk never answered the phone, no microwave, no room service til day before checking out. I don’t know how they have as many stars as they do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, casino, room, staff, everything was absolutely top notch. We will absolutely be recommending this hotel to anyone planning a trip to St Louis!

This property was clean. Staff was nice! Shuttle service was accommodating! Wheelchair & scooter service was offered for instances of disability! First come, first serve! My recommendations would include an upgrade of paint in bathroom & additional scooters to support guests.

Though the soda and ice machines weren’t working on my floor, room phone wasn’t working and the shower drained kinda slow, overall I loved it!!!! I was comfortable, felt safe, the staff were A1, cleaning staff was on point, casino and hotel guests were friendly, it didn’t smell like roaches or anything!!!!! I’d recommend anyone to come here to stay and hit the casino.

Our room was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoy this location outside of St. Louis. Great eateries in St. Charles and eady to get navigate. We'll be back to stay here!

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. Tub drain wouldn't stay up and and there were no spare rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. Front desk staff adressed both concerns promptly.

The staff were very friendly and professional. Shout out to the clerk Julia who checked me in. The only thing I wish the property had is dining options for after events at the music hall next door. They typically end around 10:30-11pm and everything is closed. It would be nice to contract one of the restaurants in the building (not on the casino floor) to stay open till midnight on event days.

The property was nicely kept. Unhappy with the bathroom in my room due to the fact that the toilet would not flush properly and we didnt know this til 4 a.m. after we had been in the casino all evening at least since we checked in. So i didnt want to be bothered with switching rooms in the middle of the night.

Hotel and staff were amazing. Casino players club staff, not as much. You would think that since we were first timers, they would have been a little nicer. They seemed put out that we needed new cards and one woman was rude and scolded me because I was in the wrong line. Overall our stay was really good.
