"Great experience staff helpful and friendly room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the toilet which kept filling with water the staff immediately attempted a fix that didn't work and was offered a change of room when I reported it was still not working which I accepted. My third stay in the last few months and always found the staff very helpful and the room ready and clean and comfortable "
"I absolutely loved this hotel - I loved every thing about the hotel. My room was brilliant lovely , so clean , we had a bath and a shower . We had slippers and a dressing gown if needed.A mini fridge , a safe , bed was huge. The staff x the cleaners ( all who I came in contact with) with was really friendly, nothing was too much for them.
I would 100 percent recommend the hotel. X"
