Professionally managed by We Host Canada 1800’s charmer, lovingly restored with all the modern amenities. This home in the heart of historic downtown is steps from award-winning restos, lively pubs, local music, majestic cathedrals, museums, and galleries. The house has an equipped kitchen, and features the works of local artists and artisans - quilts, soaps, furniture, ceramics, photography - sprinkled with antique saltbox finds we’ve collected along the way. I hope you love this space as I do.
We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.
Located in the middle of all the appeal and attraction of downtown. Hike to the top of Signal Hill and take in the breathtaking ocean views that Newfoundland has to offer. Or, take a short walk to the unique and trendy restaurants, pubs and local shops, scattered all across St. John’s downtown.

For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guest’s responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee
Guests have access to the entire three story row-house. The main level has an open concept living space with dining and kitchen. The second level has two bedrooms and a bathroom with antique soaker tub. The third level has a washer/dryer and a fantastic main suite with beautiful harbour and city views, this suite contains a sitting area, walk-in closet, king size bed and en-suite bath.
>Bus: St. John's Metrobus operates several routes in the area.
>Taxi: available for convenient point-to-point transportation including the airport. Call or download the app to reserve.
>Walking: If the spots you're visiting are within walking distance, walking might be the most convenient option.
>Driving: While not required to explore the city, having a vehicle can be advantageous for visiting the outport communities surrounding St. John's.
