"Jellybean row" Main Floor 1 Bedroom Apt- Downtown

This 1 bedroom apartment was fully renovated in Fall 2021. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay as it is fully equipped with everything you will need. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The harbour front, cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, bars and are all within a 5 minute walk away.
The space
-Easy access as there is just one step to get into the space from the street
-The open concept space allows you to watch Bell Fibre TV while cozied next to the fire place or from the kitchen
-Dishwasher and washer/dryer will make your stay more convenient
-Everything you need is within walking distance.
-A parking permit for on street parking is included in your stay.

**At the end of your stay you must leave this permit in the apartment. There will be a $35 fee if you misplace or take the permit**

The apartment was as described in listing, great location, walking to downtown in minutes. However it was quite all day from apartment upstairs, when we went to bed at 11, the noise started, we are not picky , it was a lot of noise till about 4am , 3/4 nights was like this. Good place if you don’t mine not sleeping.

It was beyond a dream staying in a JellyBean row house, I would recommend it to anyone. I was right in the middle of St John’s. So close to the Rooms and all the food places I wanted to try. It was recently redone, so it’s modern and clean. Everything worked amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We loved the location, just a short walk to the downtown area. The rental was clean and lovely. So nice to have a washer and dryer, and soap too! Also, it was so nice to have coffee pods for the Keurig machine as well. Everything was thought of, we loved our time here!

This is an excellent unit in a great location. Walking distance to all the downtown attractions and if you are up for it, to signal hill. Unit was as advertised, clean annd quiet and the distinctive green colour made it super easy to find. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Jordan's flat is terrifically located. Easy to get anywhere in and around St. John's. House was very clean and well appointed. We didn't cook there, but everything needed is available. Jordan responded promptly with any questions or issues.

This well appointed property is in an excellent downton location, walkable to shops, restaurants, pubs, the harbour and tourist attractions. Host communication is excellent, he was very responsive and worked hard to solve an issue we had. The issue we had is the lack of sound barrier in the stairway and upstairs property as the upstairs tenant often came to life from 3:30am-5:30 or 7am (a herd of elephants in the unit above and running up and down the stairway repeatedly is an analogy that comes to mind), waking us up and keeping us awake. Sadly, we would not return to this property for thsi reason.

Cute Jellybean Row House close to everything!

We loved our stay at Jordan's recently renovated, compact, stylish, and clean Jelly Bean Row one-bedroom apartment. Jordan's directions were easy to follow and clear. The location was terrific, as it is very close to downtown. The living room was a great space for us to relax in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having laundry was a big plus. The outside space was also really nice. It was humid while we were visiting St John's, but Jordan's place was nice and cool. We would definately want to stay here again next time we are in St John's.
