"The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a tram stop nearby and close proximity to Grossmünster, as well as plenty of surrounding shops and restaurants. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. They provided thoughtful amenities like slippers, a laundry bag, and a paper bag in the room. I especially appreciated the ample counter space in the bathroom for personal items. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"This place is conveniently located on the lakefront. There are many restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Lots goes on directly in front of the hotel. There was even a concert one night. You really feel as though you are immersed in the culture when you stay here. The hotel itself is clean, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The staff were helpful and friendly. I very much enjoyed my stay here."

"Really great staff! Reception was very helpful storing our bags and having them waiting for us in our room. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were friendly and helpful. Building is in charming downtown area with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and many attractions. Room was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. "

"24 hour bar with espresso bar (no minibar in room but you can go down and get a drink or coffee whenever you want) friendly staff. Beautiful courtyard area, and close to the train station. You’re a little farther from the main city center but it’s a quick train ride (1 stop) to the main station in Zurich. Beautiful building, clean rooms and windows fully open so it was nice to air out the room and sleep with the windows open at night. Very quiet. Rooms aren’t anything over the top but the beds are comfortable and you have enough room for multiple pieces of luggage. Nice showers and the hair dryers worked great and were powerful. Would definitely stay here again. "
