Not the best but ok

The location is great but the rooms were antiquated, and whole room outdated, loud fan-toilet, bed not so comfortable although we had a nice lake view. We also had to pay an extra of 15 francs Per Person! if we wanted to use the pool. When we checkout the lady at the reception wanted to charge the pool per day but we had agreed in our checking with another receptionist that it was included for the two days as we only stayed one night. The pool was nice and since we guess is low season wasn’t so crowded. We paid around 160fracs for the night and no type of breakfast was included, nor coffee etc, +30 francs for two people for using the pool/sauna….

Zimmerreinigung wurde nicht gemacht. Kein Hinweis bei Ankuft das man auf die Tür ein Hinweistaferl zur Zimmerreinigung hinhängen muss. Beim 2. Mal gemacht, trotzdem wieder keine Reinigung. An der Rezeption keine vernüftige Erklärung geliefert. Duschbereich zu klein, unhygenischer Vorhang. Ausserdem noch ein Sitzbankerl im Duschbereich, somit kann man sich gar nicht mehr bewegen.

Hotel mit toller Lage und super Personal

Auch wenn das Hotel eine ältere Bausubstanz hat, wurde vieles mit Liebe zum Detail modernisiert und mit neuen Anbauten ergänzt. Sehr ansprechend sind die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Sitzecken überall und die vielen Sitzbänke im Freien. Schöner, neuer Wellnessbereich und Cafeteria mit Selbstbedienung an den Randzeiten und in der Nacht. Zimmer sehr geräumig, gemütlich und sauber. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den See und die Berge. Hervorzuheben ist das tolle, wirkliche freundliche Personal und der super Service auch beim Essen. Die Auswahl beim Abendessen ist sehr beschränkt, dafür aber sehr lecker und wir haben es gemocht. Wir können das Hotel vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen!! Die gesamte Atmosphäre des Hotels und der weitläufigen Anlage, sowie die Lage selber sind einfach toll. Auch der kleine Badebereich am See nur mit Gästekarte und mit kostenlosen Standup Pedals hat uns gut gefallen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!!

Överlag ett väldigt trevligt hotell med fin spaavdelning. Det största minuset är att parkeringen ligger långt ner i en brant backe, så är man i dålig form blir det snabbt jobbigt.

Schöne Hotelanlage in ruhiger Umgebung in Seenähe. Gute Tischgemeinschaft bei hervorragendem Essen mit täglicher Menuauswahl. Geistliche Impulse im Andachtsraum haben mich sehr angesprochen. Der Wellnessbereich mit Ruheraum hat mir gut gefallen. Ich habe mich sehr gut erholt.
