We used the hotel as a base but spent our days travelling around to different cities and villages so only used the room in the evenings. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Zurich. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well located. We found it very easy to get around and never felt that the location was inconvenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, one of our rooms wasn’t ready yet, but the hotel went above and beyond by giving us vouchers to enjoy at one of the restaurants while we waited, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the lake. The bathrooms were also very nice and spacious. But without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely spectacular, with an excellent variety and quality of food. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Zurich. Highly recommended!"
