This is a surprising hotel to stay at. It is very up-to-date and quite funky and offbeat. The room was excellent for our purposes and very comfy. It was immaculate, breakfast was good and the staff extremely friendly. We will definitely be looking to return. Great hotel.

Fantastically efficient design and excellent staff

We stayed here for a night to look around the town. The hotel is well located with an underground ar park and is about 5-10 minutes walk from the old town and lake. Our room was a good size with plenty of power sockets and working USB outlets. It was a no frills room but everything we needed, clean and modern. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Staff were wonderful and the check in was lovely. There’s also a nice lounge too. Parking was 30CHF for the underground car park but there are cheaper options nearby.

What a nice reprieve from the noisy world!

The room was beyond spotlessly clean. Not even a single fingerprint or dried water droplet on the crystal-clear shower glass. Gleaming chrome faucets; fluffy white towels and linens. 14+ Channels in English, 12+ in French, 10 in Italian and 40+ in German...outstanding television channel choices. Breakfast: quite good and very complete. Front desk staff friendly and they speak perfect English.

Expensive budget hotel

Decent hotel, albeit budget version. Decor was very nice and they provided both shampoo and conditioner which is increasingly rare. Rooms are only cleaned every other day, we got a loud knock on the door on cleaning day at 8:20am! We were not expecting it that early so missed out on the cleaning! No kettle or drinks but you can order at the bar (( for a fee)

Efficient and friendly staff. I loved the lighting in the rooms. Great shower, comfy bed. Nothing to fault. If I ever travel to Rapperswil again this will be my hotel of choice!
