"The Schweizerhof Luzern hotel is located on the banks of Lake Lucerne, a walking distance from the railway station and the Kapellbrucke (Chapel bridge). The reception and concierge staff were very welcoming and helpful during check-in and check-out. The hotel is walking distance from the city tram tour and restaurants. It has two restaurants as well, but with limited options for vegetarians (there are other restaurants within walking distance with vegetarian options). We spent 4 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our time in Luzern."

"The hotel was lovely, staff were understanding and attentive. I had a few small issues which were handled promptly. Great position to walk everywhere and if doing a tour, the pick up is right around the corner. Breakfast was good. The only thing was that there was a toddler above us who was running around and the floor seems very noisy."
