"It is not as it appears in the pictures. Room was dirty , bathroom caulk was moldy and homeless people parked outside in the parking lot in the evening. Woken up to noise at 4am. It’s sad because it really could be turned into a really nice hotel only if it were kept up."

"It was a terrible and unacceptable experience. The hotel fails to provide even basic standards of accommodation and security. I had to request a room change on three separate occasions because the rooms had a terrible, foul odor and were also filled with the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke; furthermore, the toilets and bathrooms were in an inhumane condition. To top it all off, when I went to the parking lot to check on my truck—which contained very expensive furniture—I saw some individuals attempting to break into it. I had to report all of this to the hotel manager, who told me I needed to contact Expedia customer service to obtain a refund. I also require compensation for the extra expenses I incurred to stay at another hotel within the Best Western chain; it was more expensive, and I had to drive for over 55 minutes to get there. This was extremely frustrating for both me and my companions. It was a truly terrible and unacceptable situation, and I do not recommend that anyone visit this hotel. I had to leave the premises immediately; the safety and accommodation conditions are abysmal, the air conditioning was not working, and the heat was excessive. It was a very bad experience."

"Upon arrival front desk staff was friendly. When we got to our room we discovered mold all over the bathroom ceiling, as well as the drywall ceiling caving in. There was mold in the shower as well. Tv didnt work. No laundry facility. Breakfast doesnt start until 7 on the weekend, putting a damper on our schedule. Wont book again "

"Lots of restaurants and markets in proximity. The rooms do not have any bed side table. There is no table even not a small one. The window does not have curtains, the window glass is 80% tinted. There bed sheet had stains. AC worked fine. There were microwave & refrigerator inside the room. The communication skill of the host could have been better."
