"We found a big ass roach on the wall as soon as we walked into our room. The hallways looked like they were straight out of a horror movie. A lot of the room windows are cracked and they're just taped up. Worst hotel experience."

"Lobby was under construction during stay, had to make your way under a plastic tarp to access the continental breakfast. TV in room did not work. Parking was not ideal. Although staff acknowledged and seemingly complied with my request to make sure a thorough vacuuming job was done (crawling baby), the room itself was just okay regarding cleanliness."
