"Excellent value for the price. Breakfast could have been better with more options as it was quite limited compared to other places we have stayed in the same price range. Also depending on the day, the staff ranged from excellent to downright disagreeable. We stayed three nights. On the middle day, they ran out of waffle mix and passion orange juice with over 1 hour until breakfast was over, but they refused to refill it despite several people requesting. The indoor pool was great for our kids and the rooms were relatively clean and updated for the price. Overall, would stay again, but upper management seriously has to take some of the penny pinching staffers to task (ie: they would not give us enough bath towels - only 3 for a family of four - and they complained when we asked for more at the front desk). Also the aforementioned penny pinching on the breakfast and several other rude attitudes by some of the female front desk employees marred what would otherwise have been a remarkable stay for the price."

"If you can sleep well in daylight, this might be the place for you. Windows were without drapes or blinds, and were only covered with a sheet of frosted plastic. With very bright outdoor security lights, it was almost like constant daylight in the room. Wake up at 1:00 a.m. and you'll think it is sunrise. Make sure you have an extra pillow to cover your head. The room was clean, but void of any furniture beyond the bed. No chair or desk, so any meals or laptop work had to be done on the bed. Also, I was given a room with an adjoining room door. The couple next talked all night and left their TV on all night during my first of two nights. To the credit of the very nice manager, he spoke with them and they were quiet on my second night, so I managed some sleep. Not in a great area, and some clientele were a bit sketchy, but with the addition of blinds, small table and chair, I would consider staying here again because the price was good."

"I stayed at this hotel for an extended period and found the staff generally polite and respectful. One thing I appreciated was that I was largely left alone during my stay, which some travelers may prefer. However, housekeeping was a disappointment. My room was not cleaned during my stay, and when I needed fresh towels, I had to go to the front desk and request them myself. While the staff was accommodating when asked, I would have expected more consistent room service and housekeeping attention. Overall, the property was quiet and convenient, but improving housekeeping services would greatly enhance the guest experience"
