"The staff is not very friendly, I was here for a fire convention and the place was filled with firefighter from all over Ca, and heard many comments about staff and cleaniness. My bathroom was not cleaned well and still had hairs and stuff on toilet bowl and on floor. "

"When we got to our room and went in the bathroom there was a 3 inch streak of poo on the toilet seat. Not a great start. I let the front desk know and all she said was "sorry". When you turn on the a/c unit a light stays on the whole time to show what the temp is but the light is bright enough to illuminate the room all night. I wish I had brought a sleep mask. It took 5 minutes of letting the water run before I got lukewarm water at the sink. It never got very hot and the handle was pretty hard to turn. It was definitely old plumbing."

"The designs is very old and not make sense how use the bathroom door and also tbe sink water handle is hard to turn on and i am afraid if i pull too hard then it break! Also for the light is terrible when i get in the room i can't find light switch to turn on! Last worst of all i can't find plug in on wall it all hide behind the cabinet and night stand which is more ridiculous because it not customers friendly to use everything. Also they charged a deposit for the room which is more ridiculous again because the room itself outdated and very old items.Will i go again no thank! That hotel only have best positive reviews is they are very close to the airport!"

"I had never stayed there before I really liked my room a lot and I thank the house keeping staff for being so kind and professional and they made my stay wonderful. I did really enjoy the breakfast but a d this is my only negative they had a sign up about people eating the breakfast in their dining room. In this day and age people need to recognize anexiety issues and my husband got his plate and cane to our room and he said the lady working the breakfast counter like ran off to tell on him. He did not take much food and simply feels uncomfortable around that many people so I ask that going forward they recognize personal situations.. other then that I have rated it a5 star very satisfied !! Ty for the stay"

"Masato was the best host you could ask for. He is highly communicative, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. He helped my family and I accommodate a plan change at the very last minute, and he was extremely gracious to us throughout all of it. He is by far one of the best hosts I’ve had. The house was homey, comforting, well stocked, clean and very well kept. The bedrooms were very spacious, clean, and had very nice furniture. We loved our stay, will definitely book again in the future! "
