This apartment offers a communal outside seating area to enjoy them perfect summer evenings with family and friends. Why not enjoy the views from the front room window seat with a glass of wine?

Great little apartment in St Ives
This is a compact apartment, but well furnished and equipped. Best of all, it has wonderful views and is in a great location - literally a few minutes walk down to the wharf. If you are travelling solo, or with a partner, this is a great little base and very comfortable. There is a car park very close by, but expect it always to be full! For everyday bits of shopping (newspapers, fresh bread, milkfresh fruit/veg, general groceries) there is a super little shop (Ayr General Stores) just up the road past the car park. We used it every day. We had a great time here and would certainly use this apartment again.

Excellent views over St Ives
The apartment s well maintained and provided, with excellent views over St Ives. Quite a climb up the hills and parking is difficult - so would not advise for people with mobility problems.

Perfect base for 2 in St.Ives
Views from the property and location could not have been better - Only a 2 minute walk from fresh pasties on the high street. Approx. 10-15 mins walk to Porthminster beach, which is more for swimming etc. Just over 5 mins walk to Porthmeor beach which is mainly for surfing. Property interior was good, but the view over the harbour really made it special. If I was pushed to suggest an improvement, it would be that the bathroom could probably do with a refurb soon. I should also note, that the property does not come with a clothes washing machine or a freezer - as it states in the description. Overall, we would definitely consider booking this property again upon our return (hopefully not too long in the future!).
