"Thought breakfast could have been better, no fried eggs had to ask, no pancakes, had to ask. Staff were quite rude, when I asked for cutlery she snapped back that I could get my own! Restaurant menu showed a lovely looking soag bol, when I asked, was told it was only a kids meal and they would not allow me to order it. Was told I could get it in room service! That's what I ended up doing but if they can do it on room service, I can't see why they good not do it in the restaurant. Some staff were quite rude , however reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not worth the cost. Don't think I would stay here again."

"Perfect hotel with a river view. We stayed for 3 nights in this brand new hotel, very quiet and clean. The rooms are well equipped. No restaurant as yet so be prepared for eating out or cooking in ! The whole of Canary Wharf was a fantastic experience."
