"It’s an okey hotel. The staff is friendly, it’s a clean hotel. Biggest disappointment was the housekeeping, it is horrible to non-existent, literally all was done is straightening of the beds and taking out the trash. The towels not changed, nothing else is cleaned. Otherwise, it’s perfectly located, the Big Ben is just 3 minutes walk, so it’s an okey stay."

I was staying there for my birthday and they left a sweet note and a cute gift of teas for me! I didn’t even tell them it was my birthday so the fact they paid attention to that detail means a lot.
