We particularly loved the lovely views and the peaceful setting - it was the perfect place to unwind.The host was fantastic: incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to get hold of whenever we needed anything. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. A beautiful, characterful cottage in a wonderful location, with a fantastic host. "We had a great time. The pod was comfortable and clean. Great concept and made our first camping trip really memorable. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to meet anyone at the camp to provide information on how to use the sauna or for local advice. The info sheet was ok but not personalised enough. A short email or call when we arrived would have been welcome. Outdoor kitchen and bath were a welcome addition, although it wasn’t clear on the website. It was also very private which was nice. Unfortunately we found out the village shop opens occasionally, which was annoying as we would have brought more things with us if we had known. Still a very enjoyable time and lots of great memories."

"A very well situated hotel, modern inside an old building. A nice beer garden. Pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant was good and there are other nice eating places nearby. The bar closes at 10 which means it is quiet if you gov o bed early but there are nearby pubs ifvyou don’t want to b Vegan breakfast could have been a bit more exciting and it would be good if oat or soya milk plus sachets of flora (or similar) were available on the breakfast buffet. Good to have EV charging on site but they didn’t all work properly and the payment system was a bit fiddly. A really nice visit and I’d definitely stay again."
