"We had an excellent stay here, perfect location to walk into Saint David’s and the rooms were spotless. Great service from the staff. We tried the veggie and the Vegan breakfast for a change and was not disappointed especially the vegetable sausages! Parking is easy too with no access issues. "

"Everything was marvellous as usual but I have a couple of requests: maybe a small bolt on the bathroom door. I was interrupted often by small children!! The glass recycling box was missing so used a carrier bag. Spare food recycling bags pls. Otherwise, terrific. We all love it there. "

"Stopped for one night, perfect choice. They offered dinner and breakfast, the breakfast was very tasty. I went into the city for dinner, can be easily walked. "

"Nice place to stay but the bathroom downstairs floods and there is a moisture problem in the adjoining bedroom. The kitchen is also poorly fitted and obviously coming apart in places. But generally it’s a lovely cottage. "

"We had a lovely stay at Tan Y Garn over the New Year. Cosy cottage in an excellent location with stunning views over Whitesands.However there were a few things that could have made our stay more comfortable. More side plates as we only had 2, a toaster that was fully functioning (only 2 slots were working) a cooker that had a grill pan (difficult to grill our bacon) and tidy glasses so that we could toast the New Year in style rather than a mixed bag of non matching glasses.We had plenty of hot water for showers after our long walks, clean towels and comfortable bedding but unfortunately the downstairs ( bedrooms and bathrooms are down stairs) there was a strong smell of damp!.All in all we felt that Tan Y Garn needs a bit more TLC."
