"This was really an excellent place to stay. The location is not right at the Niagara fall just a 10 min drive from the falls in a wonderful neighborhood. It is a warm cozy home like stay. The owner was such a wonderful host. We checked in close to midnight she accommodated us provided us with amenities and gave us a good room. We had our dog with us and she was so comfortable with us pet moving around the property. Breakfast was prepared fresh and provided and a free 1/2 hour meditation session...

"I celebrated my partner’s 55th birthday at this beautiful historic hotel, and overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The room was generally clean and well-maintained; however, I did notice an accumulation of dust behind the nightstand, along with a discarded water bottle. I reported these concerns to management through the app, but unfortunately, they were not addressed before our departure. While the shower’s water pressure was not quite as strong as I would have preferred, the waterfall showerhead was a lovely feature, and the hot tub was an added luxury that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel’s location was excellent, with several restaurants within walking distance and convenient access to the surrounding area. The keyless entry system made both check-in and check-out seamless and efficient. However, one drawback to this convenience was the limited interaction with hotel staff. Although staff members were present during our departure, we were not acknowledged as we exited the building. A simple farewell or acknowledgment would have added a more personal and welcoming touch to the experience. On a particularly positive note, the security guard was absolutely wonderful! He was warm, welcoming, personable, and exceptionally attentive. His hospitality truly stood out and contributed positively to our stay. Finally, the hotel’s historic architecture was undoubtedly the *crème de la crème* of the entire experience! The character, elegance, and timeless beauty—AWESOME!"

"We really enjoyed staying here! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and not too far away from anything. The house was cute and clean, perfect for families. There are board games to play and a foosball table downstairs.We didn't have a lot of time to explore the area because most of our two day trip was focused on Niagara Falls, but we did enjoy the shops and restaurants on Queen Street which is only a short drive away. We did not know there were so many vineyards in the area, and wish we would have had more time to explore those. That is on us though, we booked this trip last minute and did zero research beforehand. I would have no problem booking this place again. We had fun and my wife was happy with the house, which means everyone was happy!"

"Awesome view of Martindale Pond and the finish line for a regatta. The location has four good sized bedrooms that met the needs of our 7 person party. There are three bathrooms that made getting ready to go out a breeze. Nice full size kitchen. A sun porch we really enjoyed lounging in. But by far the best was the use of the backyard with a 8 person table and chairs overlooking the water. We’d absolutely rebook this location for future visits. Cheers"
