Third Level: The heart of the home! An open-concept living area with a large kitchen and island, perfect for gathering. The living room leads to a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for extra guests. Step onto one of the multiple covered balconies and soak in the coastal breeze.

Location & Amenities: Centrally located just minutes from St. Augustine Beach, the pier, Anastasia State Park, and historic downtown St. Augustine.
