Very professional and courteous staff.
Newer and spotless rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The bar in the lobby is well stocked and the bartender was happy to mix up anything your heart desires.
The four stars is only because there was a power outage for a while which messed up the tv. It took a long time to get it working again. This was not the hotels fault though.
Everything was good clean lovely hotel easy parking. Everything was right. Breakfast was a little outrageously priced, but that’s our fault for the convenience. We did it anyways.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary this week here and were very pleased!! Great service and clean!! Great location. We walked everywhere! We'll definitely be back!!! Only complaint was my order of Lamb lollipops at Hugo's , they were good however the size of each one were extremely small, not worth the $$$$
The property was not decorated like a cheap hotel. It was fabulous! Felt very boutique!

Disliked: Room comfort
More Cons Than Pros
Cons :
Pool is more of a puddle , only 3 pool chairs will fill up with 1 family using
Parking option is only forced valet at 34 a night
Beds are very hard
Sound from other rooms above is very loud
Pros :
Good location to attractions
Nicely decorated hotel
Over all for the price the stay is not equivalent.
Everybody was super nice, everyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful and they all really care about giving you the best stay possible. The Hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and I plan on returning for a longer stay! My parents are now planning a weekend trip there and I would recommend this stay to everyone!
Wasn't able to check in until 6PM, they oversold the rooms and kept trying to give me a king bed for a family of 4 with no cot or anything. I witnessed a woman who told the employee to just cancel her reservation and walked out with her husband and children. The hotel was very clean however the staff had no idea what to do or how to handle the situation.
Close to everything. The male bartender that was there on Saturday was amazing (definitely knew what he was doing with the drinks). Unfortunately as a person of color you can definitely tell the difference of how the front desk staff treated us but I wasnt going to let that ruin my weekend nor contact management (I was just trying to enjoy our anniversary). Overall beautiful property and close to everything.
