"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"I wish I had gotten the name of the manager of this hotel while we were there.
we extended our stay while we were there and asked to be moved to higher floor We missed all the phone calls to ask us to come get our stuff so that we could be moved to another room.
When we got to the hotel, the staff informed us that we could now not be moved because the hotel was now full and there were no rooms available.
Fair enough We missed the phone calls etc - we understood it was on us at this point
But moments later the manager the manager i formed us that she COULD move us - they just needed to finish cleaning it Yay!!!
Also - the A/C in the room was not working and the same manager pleasantly called the fix it guy for us and he showed up immediately to fix the unit - which he did. We then got a pleasant call from the front desk (manager again) to make sure the electrician person had showed up and that the unit was working
Kudos to this woman!! You all are so lucky to have her !!!!"
"Excellent hotel! The location is perfect – right in the city center, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options to start the day. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great choice if you want both convenience and comfort."
