"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"Aiden was extremely friendly and assisted us throughout our stay. His quick response and attention to our requirements made our stay enjoyable. The unit was clean, neaty and tidy, and had the amenities we required for our stay. The bed was very comfortable that we didn't want to get out of bed.
